Department of Ecology and Conservation Biology (DECB)
Department focuses on training and research in management of ecological systems, conservation of biodiversity, genetic resources, wildlife management, climate change and environmental health management; fields which are particularly important to kenya as a country. Graduates from this department will be equipped with skills in conservation, preservation, rehabilitation, mapping, management and monitoring natural resources and their sustainable use.
