Our graduates find employment as research officers, technologists or technicians in research institutions such as the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), Kenya Agricultural research institute (KARI), Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI), International Centre for Insect Physiology and Ecology (ICIPE), Kenya Trypanosomiasis Research Institute (KETRI), Institute of Primate Research (IPR), Kenya Forest Research Institute (KEFRI), National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA); employment in bio-manufacturing / bio-processing industries and biotechnology-service providing sectors including; medical, industrial, agricultural, environmental, food, bioinformatics and forensic Science. In addition graduates can advance their training to Masters and PhD levels and become academicians in the institutions of higher learning.
